This policy explains what CourtHeroes collects and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number.
• Player details: name, date of birth and gender (used to check category eligibility).
• Tournament data: entries, match results, rankings and certificates.
• Payment records: amount, status and Razorpay reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.

How we use it

• To run tournaments: registration, eligibility checks, fixtures, scoring, results and rankings.
• To send registration confirmations, schedules and tournament updates.
• To keep financial and audit records.

What is public

Player names, player IDs, results, rankings and live scores are visible to everyone. Dates of birth and contact details are never shown publicly.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run the website (hosting, database, email delivery and Razorpay for payments), and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep tournament results and payment records as long as needed for the tournament history and for legal and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can update your details from your dashboard. To request a copy or deletion of your data, write to techgeekz2026@gmail.com. Results already published may be kept as part of the tournament record.
